In the heart of the village, at the foot of the Loferer Alm and the exceptional panorama of the Loferer Steinberge, briefly speaking the "24 hours of Lofer" are located in Lofer in Mai 2010. The run is being accompanied by an extensive expo-area and a multifarious show program.

The 24-hours-run becomes increasingly famous in Europe. Due to the fact that the Salzburger Saalachtal Valley with its four villages Lofer, St. Martin, Unken and Weißbach has one of the most beautiful bike territories, the MTB run has been put onto the event calender because of his gorgeous mixture of competition, festival and mountain bike passion.
Weather the event is located in Lofer, the whole Salzburger Saalachtal Valley is involved and looking forward to welcoming the biker, which are romping around our wonderful landscape between Bad Reichenhall, Lofer and St. Johann in Tyrol.
