Schafferbauer's Favourite dish
1. Cook the pasta until it is firm to the bite.
2. Meanwhile glaze the onions and add the schotten, cut into small pieces. Mix everything well with milk or cream (the mixture should be very creamy).
3. Now add the finished pasta to the pan, season with salt and pepper and stir everything together well.
4. Finally add a lot of fresh chives and the dish is ready – enjoy!
