The Loferer and Leoganger Steinberge have something magical about them. They attract everyone&#8217;s attention, force you to stop and look and awaken the desire to approach their craggy rocks and bare faces, not just in dyed-in-the-wool mountain and climbing fans.<\/strong><\/strong><br><br>The striking rock formations of the Northern Limestone Alps are the heart and centre of the Salzburger Saalachtal. They have something to offer, not only for ambitious climbing fans, the stars of the scene and wild youngsters, but above all for the whole family. Even the youngest can practice with playful little scrambles in the low rope course or at our family via ferratas. There are also many opportunities for older childern to explore the rocky surroundings in the region&#8217;s climinb parks together with their parents or under supervision in guided courses.<br><br>In the borderlands of Salzburg and Tyrol, the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bergsportregion-steinberge.com\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.bergsportregion-steinberge.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bergsportregion Steinberge<\/a><\/strong> with the Loferer and Leoganger Steinberge is ready and waiting to be conquered by climbing fans.\u00a0 The Steinberge have climbing areas from easy to extremely steep providing a great adventure and alpine experience for mountain sport lovers with a head for heights.
