Winter hiking

in the Almenwelt Lofer

The magical Almenwelt Lofer entices you with a fabulous winter hike on the Almenwelt circular walk which begins at the mountain station of the Almbahn II. Here you can choose between a 1.5 or 4 km prepared trail and marvel at the panoramic views of the surrounding mountain world and observe the skiers and snowboarders as they carve their turns. At lunchtime you can meet up with your family in one of the cosy mountain restaurants for hearty cheese dumplings or an aromatic Kaiserschmarren.
