This is how you get your personal hiking badge

So that you not only take memories home with you in the form of photos when hiking in the Salzburger Saalachtal, you have the option of our Saalachtaler
Wanderadel to hike. For special hiking and mountaineering achievements, hiking badges are awarded in the Salzburger Saalachtal. Certainly it will take some effort and effort if you want such a badge. However, the conditions are created in such a way that every hiking enthusiast can provide the required performance. The performance booklets serve as a certificate for the badge (available from the information office in Lofer). The badges are awarded in the information office after the performance booklet has been presented.

The hiking badge is awarded in four versions:

bronze

Total number of points required for children up to 10 years of age – 30 points
Required total number of points Children 10 to 15 years – 40 points
Total number of points required for adults up to 40 years of age – 50 points
Total number of points required for adults 40 to 60 years of age – 40 points
Total number of points required for adults over 60 years of age – 30 points

silver

Total number of points required for children up to 10 years of age – 70 points
Required total number of points Children 10 to 15 years – 80 points
Total number of points required for adults up to 40 years of age – 100 points
Total number of points required for adults 40 to 60 years of age – 80 points
Total number of points required for adults over 60 years of age – 60 points

Total number of points required for children up to 10 years of age – 150 points
Required total number of points Children 10 to 15 years – 160 points
Total number of points required for adults up to 40 years of age – 200 points
Total number of points required for adults 40 to 60 years of age – 160 points
Total number of points required for adults over 60 years of age – 120 points

What else needs to be considered …

You can choose the hiking destinations as you like. The codes required for verification are clearly visible at the target points and you will transfer them to the performance pass. If you cannot find the code, take a photo of the target and pick it up at the information office for a supplement. The hiking pass is freely available to all guests! Each code can only be rated once. The acquisition of the hiking badge is not time-bound and can extend over several years.
