TOP SPOT IN THE ALMENWELT LOFER
The summit called Schwarzeck which is situated in the Almenwelt Lofer is truly a top spot. From the wooden bench you can spot in a 360° panoramic view the Steinberge, the Heutal, the Almenwelt Lofer with Dietrichshorn and Grubhörndl and even the city of Salzburg. A visit to the Schwarzeck can perfectly be combined with a hike or an e-mountainbike tour.
How to reach the Schwarzeck
ON FOOT
- On foot you can reach the Schwarzeck via the Schwarzeck circular route (around 1,5 hours)
- Starting point: Top station Almbahn II in the Almenwelt Lofer, when driving by car you can park at the Haus Schönblick
- Suitable for families, not accessible for baby carriages
BY E-BIKE
- Of you are on your e-bike you can make a stopover at the Schwarzeck during the panorama e-bike tour around the Dietrichshorn
