ALMENWELT LOFER

TOP SKI RESORT FOR FAMILIES

Safe for families, safe for children and snow as sure as winter: this is the Almenwelt Lofer – Austria’s most beautiful ski park. Beautiful ski slopes, a magnificent panorama and rustic huts guarantee unique skiing days. The Almenwelt Lofer can be reached toll-free in just one and a half hours by car from Munich. From the leisurely beginner ski run to the challenging black run, everything is included.

A modern feeder lift, the two child-safe 8-person chairlifts, as well as great value for money provides perfect skiing pleasure. The Almenwelt Lofer has been recognized by a trade magazine for its excellent family-friendliness. There are a variety of different family ski passes for parents and all of their children and teenagers up to the age of 18. And by the way: If you want to make an overview of the entire ski area, then climb on the best on the new lookout tower on the Schwarzeck: Here you can enjoy the best views of the alpine world, the Steinberge and even into the Heutal.

Certainly: childproof – the Senderexpress

In December 2019, the state-of-the-art 8-seater chairlift Senderexpress goes into operation as a replacement for the outdated 4-seater chairlift Schönbühel. The sender express makes it possible to drive up twice as fast as before. The liftable conveyor belt at the entrance, child safety lock, heated seats and bubbles, as well as a new downhill slope ensure even  more skiing fun on the slopes.
